Terms of use
Effective July 7, 2026. Using waveai.cloud or chatting with Wave-1 means you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The service
Wave AI provides Wave-1, a conversational AI you can use free in your browser. Fair-use limits apply so it stays fast for everyone. We improve the service often, which means features and model behavior can change.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and don't try to make it cause harm. Every message passes our safety screen, and a conversation that crosses a safety line is closed. Attempting to break the safeguards is not a clever exception to these terms; it is the thing they exist for. If you find a real safety gap, report it to wave@waveai.cloud instead of exploiting it.
Your content
What you write is yours, and what Wave-1 writes back is yours to use. Your conversations are stored in your browser, not on our accounts system, because there isn't one.
Accuracy
Wave-1 can make mistakes. It is not a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial advisor, and its answers are not professional advice. Check important information before acting on it.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it up and safe, and we may suspend, limit, or change it when needed, including to protect users or the service itself.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wave AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a free service. Nothing here limits what cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
